- preparing of the contracts, annexes and Invoices;
- Entry of information into the electronic register
- Processing of incoming correspondence (scanning, copying, entry in electronic registry)
- creation of files and their archiving.
- Fast processing of incomming and outgoing e-mails;
- Reception and distribution of incoming calls;
- Courier call, send post (Russian Post);
- organization of stable office work (order of water, tea, coffee, stationery);
- Working with accounting documents (primary documentation, invoices)
- Knowledge of 1C
- Control of payment by invoices, control of document circulation, control of receivables;
- Control of deliveries from the manufacturer 's plant and preparation of documents for customs clearance
- CRM knowledge is welcomed
- Communication with customers, as well as communication with other branches of our company in Europe and in the world;
- Translation of necessary documents
Requirements to the candidate:
Education and skills:
- High education
- Knowledge of English (advanced level)
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar job
