My day-to-day responsibility as a Sales executive of «Club Melia» Vacation Club was to meet families interested in buying a high quality vacation program. I was finding their needs, showing benefits of travel as a Club Member, showing around the resort and made a financial offer which was meeting their travel needs according their financial position. Key skills for this position: the ability to gain the client quickly, individual approach, the full knowledge of the information, work with the objections, creating and maintaining interest in the product.

In this position I was dealing with all the clients and partners of a company. As far as most of our couples were from other countries I consulted them about every little thing about ceremony (both symbolic and official ones) through the Internet. I provided them all necessary information, booked the ceremony, and negotiated with all the suppliers to order all the services we needed for a wedding. Then I met clients when they arrived to RD to discuss last details of upcoming ceremony and after I spent all their wedding day with them in order to be sure that everything goes as it should be. As a Promoter of a Privilege club I've presented to the Russian- and English-speaking guests of the Hotel membership program and its benefits, found out their needs and made a personalized presentation for every client in order to adjust interests of our company and our clients.
